Movement of own goods means movement of own goods from EU country to another EU country with valid VAT ID number. Treated as ICA (Intracommunity acquisition) in the country of arrival and as ICS (Intracommunity sales) in the country of dispatch.
All movements of your inventory between Amazon fulfilment centers qualify as movement of own goods.
The movement of own goods needs to be reported with same conditions as the ICS/ICA transaction (invoicing requirement as well applies). The Amazon report does only reflect the quantity of goods that is delivered from Amazon storage to the other. However, it does not state the value of the goods. Therefore, we use the purchase/cost price per ASIN code provided by you, in order to calculate the values of the transfers. In case no purchase prices had been provided, it will be calculated by reducing the retail price by 40%.
