1. Go to the "Task Center"
  2. Click on "Filter"
  1. Enable the "All Company Tasks" option
  2. Select other task types according to your preference and click on “Apply filters” (e.g., if you only want to see active tasks, click on that one; if you also want to see your completed tasks, click on that as well)
  1. The tasks will now be displayed according to your filter preferences.
    If you or another colleague wishes to execute a task, it must be reassigned to the person who will carry it out. To reassign a task, please follow these steps:
  2. Click on "Resolve" in the task card you want to execute
  3. Click on the assignee name on the left side
8. Select the user (yourself) from the dropdown list
9. Click on "Reassign"

Now, you will be able to execute this task.
